THIRD SECTION DECISION AS TO THE ADMISSIBILITY OF

Application no. 58842/00 by Zinaida AMINOVA against Russia

The European Court of Human Rights (Third Section), sitting as a Committee composed of

Mr K. trajA, judges, and Mr T.L. early, Deputy Section Registrar,

Delivered the following unanimous decision on 24 July 2001:

The Court has examined the application and notes that the applicant has been informed of the possible obstacles to its admissibility. In the light of all the material in its possession, and in so far as the matters complained of are within its competence, the Court finds that they do not disclose any appearance of a violation of the rights and freedoms set out in the Convention or its Protocols. It follows that the application must be rejected, in accordance with Article 35 § 4 of the Convention.

 

Accordingly, the Court

Declares the application inadmissible.

Зинаида Аминова против России

Европейский Суд по Правам  человека (Третья Секция), заседая как Комитет, в составе

Господин У. ФУРМАНН, Президент,

Госпожа Ф.ТУЛКЕНС, Господин К. ТРАЯ, судьи,

и господин Т.Л. ЭРЛИ, заместитель секретаря Секции,

единогласно вынесли следующее решение от 24 июля 2001:

 

Суд исследовал заявление и обращает внимания, что претендент был информирован относительно возможных препятствий его допустимости. В свете всего материала, и в том, насколько вопросы, поставленные в жалобе в пределах его компетентности, Суд находит, что они не раскрывают нарушения прав и свобод, изложенных в Конвенции или ее Протоколах. Из этого следует, что заявление должно быть отклонено,  в соответствии со Статьей 35 § 4 Конвенции.

 

Соответственно, Суд объявляет жалобу неприемлемой.
